RETURN POLICY

  Customers have 14 calendar days from the date they receive their product to return the product for any reason. For returns please contact us via email: support@lolaroseglobal.com. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping costs. Please check the shipping rates with your local postal carrier.
If you want to return the product, please contact our customer service email:support@lolaroseglobal.com and the customer service staff will provide you with the correct return address.

  Should the product have quality problems or defects, please pay for return shipping and Lola Rose will refund the shipping costs to your chosen payment method within 5 working days after receiving and verifying your return.

  If the product return exceeds the aforementioned 14-day period, unless the law clearly stipulates otherwise, the return regulations under the rules and terms of this event will not apply. The aforementioned 14-day period starts from the day after the receipt of the goods.

  We always stand from the customer's point of view and make efforts to reduce your return costs and prevent losses for our customers.

  Please note any redeemable gift with purchase items must be included when returning an order for a full refund.

  Please ensure you keep the receipt of the returned item with the tracking number on. Kindly allow 14 working days from the day our warehouse received your item for the funds to appear in your account. 

Return Conditions

  1. For a product to be returned it must be purchased from Lola Rose’s official website. Products purchased from Lola Rose brand stores or other channels are not eligible for returns under this policy. Return terms of service do not apply to customized products or other products that are not suitable for return according to the nature of the product and confirmed by the customer at the time of purchase.
  2. The returned product must maintain the original new unused state, quality, and function of the watch when it was received, and not affect the secondary sale of the product. Please attach all original product tags, accessories, instructions, any accompanying gifts, and any other bundled gift box packaging.
  3. When sending the return package, please be sure to use the original packaging. Lola Rose is not responsible for any damage or loss of goods caused by the shipping process.
  *The Lola Rose brand reserves the right to change the merchandise return and repair agreement at any time. In case of any objections, the Lola Rose brand reserves the right of final interpretation.

How about changing your shipping address?

  If you want to change your shipping address and our customer service is online, please directly contact our online service to chat in detail. If our customer service is not online after you place an order, please leave an order comment or shoot us an email telling us your shipping address you need to modify. Once our customer service gets your message, we will check with you.
  A gentle reminder: you have the time to change the shipping option before we send out your package, usually the item will be sent within 42 hours after receiving your payment. Please note that unfortunately, we will be unable to change the address for any items that have already shipped out of the warehouse.

Tracking Number

  There will be a tracking number after we ship the order, the tracking number will be updated on the website, and you can also log in to your account to view the tracking number.
  For any issues pertaining to your order, please reach out to us at support@lolaroseglobal.com and we’ll work with the mail courier to investigate further into the status of your order.
  Lost Products: If products get lost in delivery, or you still do not get your item for a long time, please contact our customer service timely. We will deal with this ASAP. Please do not deal with it all by yourself, we want you to communicate with us.
