How do I know if a product can be engraved?
If a watch is eligible, you’ll see the Add Complimentary Engraving option along with a small feather icon on the product page.
What can I engrave?
A name, a date, or a meaningful word. We recommend keeping the text concise for the best finish.
Where is the engraving placed?
The engraving is etched on the back of the watch case, preserving the original design.
Are engraved watches returnable or covered by warranty?
Our official engraving service does not affect the original warranty. However, as each engraved piece is personalised, engraved watches cannot be returned unless there is a manufacturing defect.
What is the engraving process?
Simply select an eligible watch, enter your desired text at checkout, and we’ll take care of the rest — your personalised timepiece will be ready to wear.
How long does engraving take?
Engraving does not affect dispatch times. Orders ship within 48 hours, just like non-engraved watches.
